This Warranty does not cover:

Faults that arise as a result of negligence, wilful abuse or improper use by persons other than authorised representatives of De Dietrich/Fagor (including but not limited to failure to comply with the installation and user instructions).

The replacement of cosmetic components or accessories or accidental damage.

Incorrect installation by persons other than authorised representatives of De Dietrich/Fagor.

Losses caused by unforeseeable events (including but not limited to floods, lightning storms, frost or other bad weather conditions, acts of God), fair wear and tear, filters, fuses, light bulbs, cosmetic damage, plastic items, glass, covers, baskets, trays, shelves, burner bases, burner caps, decals, corrosion or transit damage.

Any gas appliance installed in any type of marine vessel (this exclusion includes longboats and barges).

Claims arising from non-domestic use or commercial environment

Whilst all reasonable care will be taken during service interventions, De Dietrich/Fagor does not accept liability for damage sustained to property other than as a result of its negligence in the process or moving or repairing the appliance.

In the course of the work carried out it may be necessary to remove the appliance from its operation position. If the appliance is glued, grouted or installed in such a way that it cannot be removed; it is the responsibility of the consumer to remove and re-install the appliance.
